Wing Tracker API is an advanced bird species recognition service designed to accurately identify birds from images using cutting-edge artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies. This API empowers developers, researchers, conservationists, and bird enthusiasts by offering a seamless way to classify birds across a wide range of species with high precision and speed.
At the heart of Wing Tracker API is a sophisticated image recognition engine trained on a vast dataset of bird images, covering numerous species from different regions, climates, and habitats. The model analyzes key visual features such as feather coloration and patterns, beak shape, body structure, and other distinctive markers that vary between species. By focusing on these characteristics, the API can distinguish between even closely related birds or those with subtle differences.

The Classification endpoint returns a JSON object containing a success status, the image URL, and an array of classification results. Each result includes a bird species label and a confidence score indicating the accuracy of the classification.
The key fields in the response data include "success" (boolean), "image_url" (string), and "output" (array). The "output" array contains objects with "label" (species name) and "score" (confidence level).
The response data is structured as a JSON object. It starts with a success indicator, followed by the image URL, and concludes with an array of classification results, each detailing the identified species and its confidence score.
The Bird Classification endpoint provides information on identified bird species, including their names and confidence scores based on image analysis. It focuses on visual characteristics for accurate classification.
The Bird Classification endpoint requires a single parameter: the image URL. Users must provide a valid URL pointing to the bird image they wish to classify.
Users can utilize the returned data by interpreting the "label" for species identification and the "score" to assess the reliability of the classification. Higher scores indicate greater confidence in the identification.
Data accuracy is maintained through advanced machine learning algorithms that analyze visual features of birds. Continuous training with diverse datasets helps improve the model's performance and reliability.
Typical use cases include wildlife research, birdwatching applications, educational tools, and conservation efforts. Users can identify species from images for studies or to promote awareness of bird diversity.
