Metric Boost API is a powerful tool designed to provide programmatic access to two key metrics in SEO and web analytics: Domain Authority (DA) and Page Authority (PA). These metrics are critical for assessing the quality and ranking potential of websites and individual pages in search engines, such as Google.
Domain Authority (DA) and Page Authority (PA), Domain Authority measures the ability of an entire domain to rank in search engines, while Page Authority focuses on a specific page within that domain. Both metrics are calculated on a scale of 1 to 100, where higher scores indicate a higher likelihood of ranking well in search results.
The API allows users to access this data in an automated manner. This integration capability is crucial for those who need to analyze large volumes of data or integrate authority metrics into their own applications and platforms. By using the API, users can retrieve information about the authority of any specific domain or page, facilitating tasks such as link evaluation, market competition and the effectiveness of optimization strategies.
The Metric Boost API implementation is based on HTTP requests that return data in JSON format. Users can submit requests to retrieve data about specific domains, individual pages, or perform more complex searches. The data retrieved includes DA and PA score, along with other relevant information such as the number of inbound links, referring domains, and other SEO metrics. Integrating this API into existing systems allows companies to automate their SEO analysis, perform link audits, and optimize their digital marketing strategies more efficiently.
The API receives requests with domains or URLs, and provides metrics such as domain authority, page authority, and other SEO indicators in JSON format.
Link Audit: Perform comprehensive audits of website link profiles to identify low-quality or spammy links to improve link strategy.
Competitor Analysis: Compare domain and page authority metrics between your site and your competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses in your SEO strategy.
Content Optimization: Evaluate the authority of specific pages within your site to determine which ones need improvement in their link profile or content.
Link Opportunity Identification: Find websites with high domain authority that could be potential partners for high quality backlinks.
Rankings Monitoring: Monitor how DA and PA metrics change over time to measure the impact of your SEO efforts and adjust your strategy.
Beside the number of API calls per month allowed, there are no other limitations.
